3. Client Responsibilities
- Account Access: Clients must provide accurate login details and ensure uninterrupted access to their accounts for us to provide services.
- Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring their accounts comply with platform policies and guidelines.
- Confidentiality: Clients must maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the service period.
4. Payment Terms
- Pricing: Service fees are agreed upon during onboarding and are subject to periodic review.
- Billing: Payments are due according to the agreed-upon billing schedule. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
- Refunds: All payments made are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company fails to deliver agreed-upon services.
5. Service Guarantee
While we strive to provide excellent results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as revenue increases or subscriber counts. Results may vary based on factors beyond our control.
6. Confidentiality & Data Security
We prioritize the confidentiality and security of client data. We implement industry-standard measures to protect sensitive information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for breaches caused by external factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Prime Chatting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination of Services
- By the Client: Clients may terminate services by providing a written notice at least 7 days in advance.
- By the Company: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion if clients breach these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and proprietary methods used in delivering our services are the intellectual property of Prime Chatting. Clients may not reproduce or use any of our materials without prior written consent.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services after modifications implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Athens, Greece.
